Kikkoman Sushi Sashimi Soy Sauce is made from Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce. Specifically developed for sushi and sashimi, it is sweeter and milder than our regular soy sauce. The balance of sweetness and saltiness, as well as a special blend of natural ingredients, enhances the flavour of sushi and sashimi.
