This month, our newest addition to the Kikkoman Kitchen Excellence series is Chef Paul Pirreca.
Paul’s passion for food developed at a young age growing up in a large Italian family. His family grew fresh fruit and vegetables in the backyard and would enjoy fishing or hunting on the weekends. Bringing all that fresh produce together, cooking and sharing happy times with family over the dinner table is what inspired him to become a chef.
Paul started his career cooking in a family run restaurant at 14, making pizza’s and his passion for food grew from there. He is now the Executive Chef for
the Feros Hotel Group.
