We’re exciting to introduce the newest addition to our Kikkoman Kitchen Excellence series, Chef Guy Turland.
Guy is a surfer, free diver, rock climber, and trained international chef, restauranteur, TV Host & cookbook author, who combines a love of healthy food, Aussie surf, and sunshine and travels the world to inspire food lovers to cook up simple, tasty recipes using fresh, local ingredients.
Guy is the face of Bondi Harvest and has worked in some of Australia’s best restaurants, including Est. Icebergs and North Bondi Italian. His unique approach to food has attracted a loyal global audience. He opened his first café at the age of 21, ‘Depot in north Bondi’ then went onto starting an international food and travel media brand Bondi Harvest.
He has also hosted an international food and travel series and has appeared on NBC Today, Home & Hallmark channel, The Morning show, Studio 10 and My Kitchen Rules, and published two cookbooks.
