Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

[A] Batter:

1 egg

80g flour

100ml water

panko breadcrumbs

oil for frying

6 slices prosciutto

1 can tuna -drained

A little dill for garnish

sour cream (as needed)

Kikkoman Sweet Chili Sauce (as dipping sauce)

Method

  1. Separate the cauliflower into small florets, then slice each piece into thin slices (about 1cm thick).
  2. In a bowl, mix [A] batter ingredients. Dip the cauliflower slices into the batter, then coat them evenly with panko breadcrumbs.                                                                                                                                    
  3. Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated cauliflower one by one, frying until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
  4. Arrange the fritters on a plate.

Key tip

Try different toppings like salmon or salmon roe for variety!
