Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
[A] Batter:
1 egg
80g flour
100ml water
panko breadcrumbs
oil for frying
6 slices prosciutto
1 can tuna -drained
A little dill for garnish
sour cream (as needed)
Kikkoman Sweet Chili Sauce (as dipping sauce)
Method
- Separate the cauliflower into small florets, then slice each piece into thin slices (about 1cm thick).
- In a bowl, mix [A] batter ingredients. Dip the cauliflower slices into the batter, then coat them evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated cauliflower one by one, frying until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
- Arrange the fritters on a plate.
Key tip
Try different toppings like salmon or salmon roe for variety!
