  • 2kg chicken wings
  • 1 cup (250mL) Kikkoman Honey Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Finely grated rind of 1 lime

Honey Soy Chicken Wings

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 deg.C.
  2. Place chicken wings in a single layer in a roasting pan lined with baking paper.
  3. Combine Honey Soy Sauce, oil and lime rind. Pour over chicken wings.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, turning often.

Key tip

Snip off the wing tips to help prevent burning.

Variation: Substitute with Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade.
