Ingredients
240g sashimi-grade salmon
1 avocado
50g red onion
50g kale
50g cabbage kimchi
60g cooked soybeans -canned or dried pack
3 tbsp Kikkoman Poke Sauce
400–450g brown rice
White sesame seeds (as needed)
Lemon wedges (as needed)
Method
- Cut the salmon and avocado into 1.5–2cm cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the salmon, avocado, red onion, curly kale, soybeans, and kimchi.
Add Kikkoman Poke Sauce and toss gently to coat evenly.
