Ingredients
16 prawn
4 slices of sandwich bread (thin-sliced, about 8 slices per loaf)
1/6 red onion -finely chopped
3–4 sprigs coriander
[A] Seasoning Mix
1/2 clove garlic -grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1½ tsp sesame oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper
Kikkoman Sweet Chili Sauce (as dipping sauce )
Paprika powder (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional)
Method
- Cut each slice of bread into four triangles.
Finely chop the red onion. Chop the coriander, reserving some leaves for garnish. - Peel the prawn, remove the vein and tail, then roughly chop with a knife.
Place the chopped prawn in a bowl and mix with [A] seasoning. Add the red onion and coriander to the bowl and mix well. - Arrange the bread triangles on a baking tray. Evenly spread the prawn mixture on top of each piece.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. - Cut each piece in half and place on a serving plate.
