Ingredients

16 prawn

4 slices of sandwich bread (thin-sliced, about 8 slices per loaf)

1/6 red onion -finely chopped

3–4 sprigs coriander

[A] Seasoning Mix

1/2 clove garlic -grated

1 tbsp lemon juice

1½ tsp sesame oil

A pinch of salt

A pinch of white pepper

Kikkoman Sweet Chili Sauce (as dipping sauce )

Paprika powder (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (optional)

Method

  1. Cut each slice of bread into four triangles.
    Finely chop the red onion. Chop the coriander, reserving some leaves for garnish.
  2. Peel the prawn, remove the vein and tail, then roughly chop with a knife.
    Place the chopped prawn in a bowl and mix with [A] seasoning. Add the red onion and coriander to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Arrange the bread triangles on a baking tray. Evenly spread the prawn mixture on top of each piece.
    Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Cut each piece in half and place on a serving plate.
