Ingredients
14 shell-on oysters
200g spinach
20g salted butter
30g walnuts
7 prawn (peeled)
Parsley (as needed)
[A] Sauce:
3 tbsp Kikkoman Ponzu Sauce
80g mayonnaise
A pinch of black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 230°C .
- Shuck the oysters, blanch them in boiling water for about 10 seconds, then transfer them to cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Thoroughly wash the oyster shells and wipe off any excess moisture.
- Wash the spinach, then roughly chop it. Melt the butter in a heated pan, stir-fry the spinach over medium-high heat for about 1 minute, then transfer it to a tray to cool. Pat the prawn dry. Coarsely chop the walnuts and parsley.
- Mix all the [A] ingredients to prepare the sauce.
- Place spinach, oysters, and shrimp in the cleaned oyster shells. Drizzle with the sauce from step 4, then sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve in the shells.
