Ingredients
- 2kg chicken wings
 - 1 cup (250mL) Kikkoman Honey Soy Sauce
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - Finely grated rind of 1 lime
 
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 deg.C.
 - Place chicken wings in a single layer in a roasting pan lined with baking paper.
 - Combine Honey Soy Sauce, oil and lime rind. Pour over chicken wings.
 - Bake for 40 minutes, turning often.
 
Key tip
Snip off the wing tips to help prevent burning.
Variation: Substitute with Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade.
