Ingredients
4 slices thick-cut white sandwich bread (toast-slice)
1 pork loin cutlet (tonkatsu)
1 chicken cutlet
80g shredded cabbage
4 tbsp Kikkoman Tonkatsu Sauce
20g salted butter
2 tsp whole grain mustard
Method
- Spread 2 tbsp Kikkoman Tonkatsu Sauce on both sides of each of the pork and chicken cutlets. Let the sauce sink in.
- Spread 1/4 of the butter and whole grain mustard on 2 slices of bread (one side only). Place 1/2 of the shredded cabbage on 1 slice of bread, top with the pork cutlet, and finish with the 2nd slice of bread. Press the sandwich together gently, then cut in half. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make the chicken cutlet sandwich.
