• Leave a comment telling us which Makoto sauce you would use to impress your guests or family—and what you would cook with it.
• Tag one friend in the comment who you’d like to cook with or enjoy the meal with.
• Ensure that it is possible to verify that you are following @kikkoman.aus.nz (Instagram) or Kikkoman Australia & New Zealand (Facebook).

Participants are restricted to one entry per person.

 

Prize Winner Selection

This is a game of skill promotion. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free from any claims that they infringe on any third party rights. Entries cannot be submitted on behalf of any other person. A panel selected by the Promoter will judge all valid entries and the winner will be selected on 20 August 2025 at: Kikkoman Australia Pty Ltd. The panel’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram no later than 25 August 2025. By entering the promotion, participants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s Facebook or Instagram account to contact them via direct message if they are the winner. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner fails to respond by the specified deadline of 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

 

Public Announcement of Winner

The first name, last initial and the state of residence of the winner will be published here: https://kikkoman.com.au/blog/ on 29 August 2025.

 

Unclaimed Prize Winner

Selection A panel selected by the Promoter will judge all remaining valid entries and the unclaimed prize winner will be selected on 29 August 2025 at: Kikkoman Australia Pty Ltd.

 

Notification of Unclaimed Prize Winner

The unclaimed prize winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram no later than 29 August 2025.

• All eligible entrants acknowledge that by entering in this game of skill, they have read and agreed to the promotion terms.
