
Add thinly sliced grilled beef for a meatier Bibimbap experience.

Place rinsed spinach in covered container and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool. Squeeze gently to remove excess water. Cut the spinach into 5cm lengths. Panfry or microwave mushrooms for 1 minute. Repeat for carrots, then bean sprouts.
Heat rice according to packet instructions. Add sauce and stir well. Divide rice between 2 bowls and arrange vegetables decoratively on top. Garnish with coriander or toasted sesame seeds and serve.
